Edward is a finance and strategy professional with c.20 years of experience across corporate, private equity, and Big 4 Management Consulting environments. He has advised over 100 businesses across the U.S., Asia Pacific, and Europe, and supported 30+ M&A transactions , combining analytical rigor with practical insight to help leaders make confident, data-driven decisions. As the founder of Pegasus Growth Consulting, he brings deep expertise in financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting, M&A execution, and business transformation — helping companies strengthen financial visibility, improve performance, and scale with confidence.

Prior to founding Pegasus, Edward served as a Associate Director / Senior Manager in PwC’s Management Consulting practice in the U.S. (New York and California), and Deals Advisory practice in Hong Kong – partnering with CFOs and senior executives on i) transformation programs focusing on EBITDA improvement, cash flow optimization, and operational efficiency; and ii) end-to-end M&A execution involving strategic planning, target evaluation, due diligence, valuation, deals negotiation, transaction documents review, and post-close integration. He worked with leading private equity clients, Fortune 1000 companies and privately owned companies, spanned multi-million to multi-billion-dollar projects and value creation initiatives.

Edward also served as Associate Director of Corporate Development at Tricor Group (subsequently merged with Vistra), a leading Asia-based business outsourcing company backed by Permira (a global Private Equity firm with $80+ billion Assets Under Managemnt) valued at approximately $3 billion. In this role, he supported strategic planning, due diligence, acquisition execution, and business planning for 10+ global transactions totaling over $500 million, directly supporting a 3X increase in enterprise value during the company’s ownership transition.

Edward began his career with PwC in the U.S. as an auditor and initially obtained his Certified Public Accountant (AICPA) license in 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a Minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
